A dedicated go-to person that is working for you within the CUBEX organization. A liaison to all departments to ensure you maximize the solution to gain the most value for your business.
The CSM works with your hospital to create custom SOPs, reviews Controlled Drug policies, provides insight on available reports, and offers remote training to ensure you are maximizing the solution.
Consider your CSM your support advocate inside CUBEX. They will escalate any support concerns to ensure a quick resolution.
The CSM will provide tools to help you reach your goals of COGS reduction by decreasing inventory on hand and increasing revenue through charge capture.
